Stealth Paypal got changed password and took my money by someone else! Share!
 

I had bought a stealth ebay & paypal last year. It was my first stealth and im very new to it so i dont really want to put my bank account to the paypal and use the paypal to receiving money and withdraw money. i felt its not very safe to use paypal account that someone(Seller) knows all the info. So i created a new paypal account for that stealth. I still have about 15$ in the stealth paypal. I think i was very lucky becuase after few months, i got a email from paypal say that i send $15 to someone with that account which i never did that. so i try to login in the stealth paypal and the password has been changed. I tried to change the password with the info that the seller provide me, but it didnt work. Today, i got another email say that the stealth paypal password has been changed again. Has anyone have this happen to your accounts? Im currently using some stealth paypal, i dont want this happen to my stealth paypal because i will use them for ebay selling.

What info should i change beside password after i got stealth ebay&paypal from seller to keep the account safe? Please share. Thank you!

Did you buy the stealth account here? In that case you should contact the seller

You joined the forum at the beginning of May but claim to have purchased an account last year????

Strange decision to do that.


If you are receiving emails about the password being changed then an email address you have access to is still attached to Paypal which means you would be able to change the password back. Am I missing something here?

If you send the account seller (if they are forum sellers) a message I am sure they will try to help you with any issues you have.

No i didnt buy it from here. I bought it from seller post ad on craigslist. He is a stealth ebay account seller.

No, once i try to login and see where the money sent to. i need to recovery my password. but i 4got what makes me cannot recovery it. Its either the security questions or phone number that i need whichs i dont have. Im just wondering if anyone have that happen to their account and want to see how to aovid this happen to my other accounts. But my other stealth accounts are looking fine right now because i dont have much money in it. But i really dont want that happen again. Theres no way i can contact paypal about this because the paypal infos are all ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

Otherwise, without you being specific, we don't want your fallout ruining the reputation of the sellers on this forum.

Edit: Just saw that you purchased the account in question on Craigslist, I would advise starting a new thread on how to secure a purchased account.
