PP not used for a long time...
 

Hey,

I'm writing here, because I had a US Business Seller PP, not been used for like 6 months or so.

Today I had to make a new PP for just like a $4-500 transaction. New PP created, VCC verified and I wanted to send it a gift like 200 bucks, but I got the security ****, asking me to send text to old phone number (ofc I don't have access to it), so I added a new phone number.

Yeah, it's still not allowing me a simple payment of 20 bucks.

Any recommendations to do? Wait some days and leave it?!

VCC confirmed but is there a bank account? Gift of $200 as a first transaction...could be seen as risky by Paypal

So what would you recommend? Confirm with VBA? I need to make transactions like $4-500 on new accounts. What'd you recommend? How to transfer funds on it from my seller account?

Those are large transactions for new accounts and will NOT go through.
Nothing you can do about it.
Youll need to give it time and try starting with smaller amounts.
Also, from your last response Im getting the impression this is your cashout method. If that is the case you can expect the account to get limited sooner or later along with any account you get it linked to by sending payments as a 'gift' to. Paypal are not stupid and they will see right through this.

This is almost the same as getting a "you can't send payment right now now" message.

Even if you'd access to it, chances are PayPal will stop it, try googling Paypal ID solutions, because it is possible that you will keep hitting the 'send payment button' repeatedly. Accounts like these get limited fast, try transferring funds to a bank account if not, use third party providers. GDL!

Nah, it's not my cashout way, basically it's used to purchase tangible products, and well huh, somehow the seller will refund the payments sometimes. I just cannot do that on my own account. That's why I need to create a fresh ones for every purchase.

hitting the send money money many times in a span of 5 mins even without sending a payment got me limited last time...
