how to get my money!?....
 

hey,

I recently got my paypal limited for "suspicious activity". Its a US Paypal of which i Use a US vpn from 24vc (guranteed fresh plan). Paypal asked for docs (ID etc) of which i provided. They are now asking if i can login without using a "proxy server" and use my locations IP "arizona", change ym security questions and password, then it will be reinstated...

The problem is i am not in the US and the US IP is not in Arizona...

I am now completely stuck, even if it gets permanently limited, i dont have a US bank to withdraw the funds after 180days...

I do not know what to do to get my money?

A VPN would (or at least should) not be showing as a proxy server.

What was our plan for getting money out the account without a US bank account before?

The plan was to temporarily send the funds to another PayPal of which has no ebay attached to it, just a stand alone PayPal account of which is very stable....

Any help is appreciated

You options are to withdraw to a USA bank account unless you get your account reinstated.

I would contact 24vc since their IP appears to be causing issues.

If you give them some more money they could probably issue you an IP with the geo-location you need. Of course, you'll need to determine if this account is worth spending more money on to save.

I'm kinda curious as to why they think you are using a proxy server. Have you been doing business on another countries site with a USA IP?

Agree with James - even if the Paypal is standalone...repeatedly sending these payments for withdrawal is making it unstable...

im working on 24vc giving me a geo location IP, but i dont know why they say im using a proxy..?

never done anything on this acc outside US

For future, without a US bank, whats the best mehtod to withdraw? i know payoneer does not work for US anymore right?

Apart from 24vc, what other companies have given you issues?
24vc supply VPN. What VPS do you mean?

You will need to work that out by trial and error

One way is buying and then reselling them. Buying gold and reselling that. Lots and lots of way to try

I also use VPS.net, which are similar to 24vps. The accounts either get limited right away, or shortly after I get a payment. Usually with the "suspicious activity" email.

It not similar to 24vc in that case :)

It offers IPs that have been overused and are know to eBay and PayPal

24vc offer IPs that dont have that issue

right just to update. I have got a geo location guranteed fresh IP from 24vc. I called paypal just now, she said it still appears that im using a proxy and its coming up on her system as ,"Vpn proxy". and she said i cannot get my funds until I can login freely with wifi with no system thats trying to block my location...

I am now seriously clueless on what to do... could someone please offer a solution or advice?

I am sure that if you spoke to 24vc.com (especially 123) they would be more than able to help in more depth with this issue for you....if you have trust that is. It doesn't look like you have any other choice than to get help from a US member but I would stick to getting help from 123 if I were you.

no i havent, would it not be the same? I would not be able to tell whats coming up on there system unless I called them again though...?

well , I don't use this service, but if you are the only 24vc user who has his ip decteded as vpn/proxi, it's maybe because the issue comes from somewhere else, and sometimes, the easiest solutions are the best, What's the problem with calling again? I suppose you already told them you don't use vpn/proxi, so now just ttell them you try with a new computer

...to be honest, what other options you got? Unless you trust a US member to login and get it reset for you then try the above.
