Hi all if you got 2 account could you use your normal internet for one and for the other use a internet dongle this way you have 2 ip address could they still find you and link you to your other account?

You could do.

But just make sure other things are kept separate, i.e. user accounts, browser data etc.

I have asked members from the darknet. They said that paypal can not see the imei. But they can fingerprint your browser.
