Scam buyer
 

Here is the situation I sold an item on my stealth Etsy account with my paypal attached to it. Then the buyer messages me through Etsy saying the item got damaged by his little brother I offered a replacement at no cost to him and sent it. Then a couple of weeks later he files a chargeback with his credit card company. I called paypal the rep told me if the buyer had filed the chargeback with paypal he would've lost it %100. So now i'm out of 2 items and money and on top of that paypal charged me $20 chargeback fee. Is anything I can do now ? file a police report or something ?

You are going to have to chalk it up as a lesson learned. Unless the money was in the thousand + range, filing a police report will do nothing.

File a police report. Its free and paypal may just give you your money back and ban the buyer.

Looks like i will only get the money back if the buyer credit card company sides with me paypal rep from paypal told me that. So how to make it happen

No, you are filing it against the buyer but the money will come from paypal mostly.

If its obvious fraud, paypal does not want to get law enforcement involved and will just eat the loss.

It may be a deterrent/threat to the buyer.

Better to at least try than let a toerag win.
