Stealth PP Couldn't complete Withdrawal, Reversed. What next?
 

Hi everyone. I withrdaw from my stealth paypal but it did not reflect in my bank account. All other withdrawals the past months have been successful.
Two days later, I get a refund and an email saying "We couldn't complete your paypal withdrawal"

Looking at the failed transfer transaction details in paypal, it says:
Status: Completed.
Subject: Bank account has sent you £ xyz GBP with paypal.

I have successfully withdrawn the money, but I was just wondering how far the money went and if It came back with my real name on it.

When you sign into paypal, what is the account status?

It looks fine so far.
The money was returned early this morning and I completed the transfer a few minutes after.
It still looks fine right now.

Yes, transfer was done on 22/23rd. Refunded on the 24th, I saw it this morning and complete the withdrawal immediately.

A friend had the same issue on same day too. Funds returned but it was his main account, not stealth.

Are both of you using the same bank - which one?

I use Smile, he uses santander. Went to pp forums this morning, a few people had their transfers returned. Just wondering if my account being stealth will have invited scrutiny.

5 stealth accounts, same problem

withdrawals not complete, ie the money is not in my bank

5 different banks, same message from paypal all at the the same time today

paypal accounts look fine

are paypal fishing??
