Hi,
I got a stealth eBay/Paypal account, I've been sold some stuffs and got some funds but this problem happened once I've been tried to check out for an e-gift card to the seller in eBay "Sorry, this payment option isn’t available." and once I click cancel, other one is:" We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address."
I used Paypal available balance to purchasing but this problem still exsit how I can solve this problem? My eBay and Paypal account is verified over 3 months :(

Please help, I have the same problem, I want to buy a macbook on ebay and I want to checkout I get this message:

Sorry, this payment option isn’t available. Here are your options:

Select a different payment option.
Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.


But the problem is with items of high cost, I can buy a mouse or headphone but not any computer or smarthphone

This thing mainly happens for security reasons.
How long ago did you get the funds to your PP balance?

I do not understand your question, I have registered my credit cards in my paypal account and was using one of them. I did buy a laptop three days ago and I need to buy another, money funds on my card to my allow me to buy like two computers. I check this with my bank yesterday.
The problem started when I add another credit card but at this point and remove paypal account and I still can not buy
