Confirming an entropay statement

I made an account with an entropay card,and paypal now want a statement of the card to lift the limit?Any ideas what to do?

Screenshot the online transaction history on the Entropay card under 'Transaction' and then upload it.

Don't try and doctor anything as they know they don't issue paper statements and the fact its already Entropay.

What vetus means is don't send in, for example a Barclaycard statement showing the Entropay card number.

You may also need to also send in a screenshot of the name and address of the Entropay account holder. This will need to show the stealth name and address.

Thanks for the info I'm just setting up the front page with the stealth address details on it to.
Do PP not mind entropay?Does it not open up other questions etc?

I can't see where you'd get a screen shot of the address and name details either???

Click on "My Account" - Settings.

Change to the stealth info & screenshot it without saving any of the changes.

They don't mind Entropay up until the point when they are reviewing the account. At this point it depends on the rep.

There's always a chance of permanent limitation when they hit you with the credit card statement requirement and you have a VCC attached.

As I said, the outcome is very much is determined by what rep does the review.
