I need to change the name on my PayPal but I'm worried I don't have the docs required
 

I tried inserting my ITIN number to my PayPal so I can add some cash but turns out my PayPal name doesn't match the ITIN's name so its giving me an error that says "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later."

If I change my name what documents do I have to provide? I don't have any utility bills because my apartment has free gas and electric. I only have my passport to provide.

I'm worried about this because I have to pay for my eBay fees ($30) and I only have $4.

It is not for sure that they would want a utility bill. I would think that a copy of your passport would do. Of course, with PayPal there are never any GUARANTEES.

Now, when you say the name is different, is it slightly different, like a TYPO, or is it different as in COMPLETELY different?

Its like this:

PayPal name right now: John Markus

PayPal name I need to attach my ITIN: John Blueberry-Markus

Basically I'm missing the middle name.
