Card for setup
 

Can paypal see if you set up with an entropay card in the UK?
Does it affect the set up at all?Limits etc?
Would it be better to use a prepaid card or VCC for this?Would it give pp more "faith" in the account being genuine?

Yes

It can depend how the seller account is set up but generally speaking, no.

In my opinion a prepaid card is better as they are registered in the stealth details and produce AVS data. Entropay doesn't do this.

The BIN number tells Paypal who the card issuer is and what type of card it is. When it comes to a "manual" review of your account, it won't make much of a difference whether it is Entropay or a prepaid card.

The BIN will always tell them what card your using

Just another quick,no doubt silly question.

No it does not.
Keep in mind you create the entropay with your real ID, debit/credit card. Then fund your virtual card with funds from that main account and only attach the numbers to paypal... Easy peasy.
