Restricted Account
Hi my Australian PayPal account is restricted with $15,000+ eBay funds in it.
They now want to confirm my identity.
The problem is when my partner set up the account years ago, she put in her DOB by mistake instead of mine.
Now the paperwork I send them will have a different DOB.
Any ideas of the best way to proceed as I don't want to be permanently restricted??
Also should I change the PayPal account linked to my eBay store NOW as a precaution??
