Hi. Has stopped working in Turkey. (06.06.2016) But I need verified paypal account. If i create an account in usa or uk. can paypal close my account?

linking a US/UK PayPal to your Ebay will eventually get limited as well. Also, your going to find a way to get the money out.

Turkey accs now can only withdraw to bank accounts, and nothing else. And now you even can't legally open another acc anywhere... welcome to stealth!

Not necessarily - Turkey was one of the ones that was good for this until the news we've received

Not Closed. But with accounts no get money no send money. Only have account :) but we won't use paypal.

I m getting 500 or 1000 usd monthly with paypal. Can i use paypal account with dedicated ip? I need paypal acc becouse There is no alternative for payment method.

The problem is not with paypal but with the government wanting to control everything.

I imagine the problem will be fixed. This is a crazy decision, there are thousands of businesses in Turkey exporting to the rest of the world, using paypal as payment processor that the Turkish government have basically killed overnight.

You need to look into local merchant account if that will work for what you need it for.

Yes. government wanting to control everything. paypal said us "byee" :). But some people need paypal acc becouse we get money only paypal :(. Maybe buy paypal account with vpn ip or dedicated or vps.

You are going to have to research what european account can work best for you in stealth mode.

Yes maybe we can work with paypal stealth mode :) Everythigh problem now for Turkey users :)

I would start fresh with stealth.

Avoid linking existing ebay with stealth paypals etc. - never know what will happen.

See what payment processors people start using for their ebay listings (as ebay still exists in Turkey).

Then you have best of both worlds.
