Paypal with stealth address question

I am creating a paypal account for my stealth eBay (never been suspended on paypal). When it asks for the address do I just use a random address?

Do paypal not check that the bank account/card match up with the address? or can they not view that info?

Its just when I added this new bank account to my stealth etsy a while ago and used a random address it instantly came back saying basically that the card and address don't match so will this not happen with paypal?

Card addresses have to match the PayPal address

If you're using your bank card, it uses an AVS (Address Verification System) to match against what has been entered on PayPal. It needs to match to confirm the PayPal.

A bank account is used to VERIFY.
