Getting blocked by paypal for infringement?
 

Let's say you're using a little bit of someone else's content to help sell your own product on your website. Is there a significant risk of getting blocked by paypal if that someone else discovers the content you're using and 'complains'? I'm not talking about huge brands, I'm talking about content from small frys.

I know there's a theoretical risk, I'm just wondering how 'realistic' the risk is.

I get the sense that paypal tends to block service for popular websites who are enabling widescale piracy, I don't get the sense they're going after insignificant websites offending little guys. Then again, I'd imagine that issue probably doesn't get advertised as often as when popular websites get blocked (Wikileaks, etc.).
