Hi
My VCC has expired on PP, so I tried to log into entropay to make a new card however I got a message say that
Security is a top priority at EntroPay. We have temporarily suspended your account while we verify your personal information. This safety measure typically occurs when a user performs one of the following actions:
Logging in from a country that does not support our payment services
Changing your address to a country that does not support our payment services
Adding a funding source that originates from a country that does not support our payment services.
I'm confused as to what it may be that caused the account to be temporary suspended.
