OMG this is SO frustrating!! (payment option isn’t available)
 

After using a stealth PayPal for the longest it gets banned because some stupid crap my brother did... anyways, after calling their support team and them saying I'm banned for life and I cant withdraw my $1200 till after half a year I gave up on that account, of course I want my money but I'll revisit it once the 180 is hit.

Eager to buy a few things on eBay, I made a new PayPal account, VERIFIED IT to the fullest, its at 100% with a credit card, bank account, mobile verified, etc. I go to make a purchase on eBay and this is the message I get (see below), now mind you this message comes up regardless of whether the item is $2 or $2000, I can't seem to pay for anything! Even when I do "check out as guest" on eBay and just simply put my card number, still it gives me an error message. Seriously what is going on????

New accounts will give you trouble, it's just the nature of the beast.

Thanks for your response empirestate, so what do I do in this situation? Should I wait a month before trying to buy something again? Or should I make a new PayPal on my cellphone so that its a totally different device and IP then wait a month to use that one? What do you suggest? I doubt they banned my shipping address because what if someone else moves here lol.. anyways.. any suggestions will help.. but jeez the first thing I tried buying was $25.. how's that a red flag? But then again I did use the same laptop to make the new account... but you'd think they would have limited it by now... I'm on the edge of purchasing a stealth PayPal but I'm afraid as soon as I buy something and ship it to my address that it will get limited again..

The issue is the card you are using to try and pay. Trust me...use a different card and you will be fine. I had this issue when my Paypal got permabanned. My ebay was still fine and I only used it to buy things with. So I tried to check out on ebay with credit/debit card option instead of using the paypal option. Well, that doesnt work because even though you dont get a paypal receipt for your payment, the payment still goes through paypal. Once I used a different cars, no problems whatsoever.

EDIT....didnt realize this was from 4 months ago until now.
