Payment Processing merchants accepting Paypal without having Paypal account?

Hi, maybe someone will know or turn me to a right direction.
Companies PP is limited and need way to accept PP.

Payment Processing merchants accepting PP without me having PP account?
Does it exist or i am asking for impossible ?

I am trying to move stealth pp funds to companies pp.
Was doing it for last 5 years throw my web.
Intil got limited pernamently.no links just other issue.
Want to know is it possible to operate throw 3rd party processors to accept paypal without having mine...
