Trademark violation tests
 

I recently made 3 tests with my current accounts. I list an item with a google picture, and that item stay alive. Once i take a picture with the same item on my own (white background) the listing alway get hit by trademark violation. Does anyone have any clue on this? Thanks

Are you removing exif data from the pictures you take? are these pictures being taken by the same camera as the picture you uploaded on previously suspended accounts with trademark violations?

They are all brand new pictures. But yes its from the same camera.

the best bet here is to use a new cam / smartphone to take new pictures so exif data is not the same. also stop using stock photos from google, they banned one of my listing because I used the photos from google images...I called ebay and the rep confirm that this is the reason....

I have found any stock picture or image taken from any website seems to have the listing removed more often than my own camera picture - I have tested this by selling the same item as well and only had the stock pic listing removed therefore I stay away from this
