PayPal checkout with eBay
 

Ok so I add a second credit card to PayPal. I go to eBay and bid on something. I win. And I go to pay. I'm getting multiple errors such as.

"Cannot choose PayPal as payment"

After refreshing the page and deleting cookies I try again and it tells me to log in. On eBay checkout it just shows my PayPal email. And says log in. When I just did.

Second I go to buy it now for something and it only lets me choose to pay with bank account not card.

After trying multiple times and clearing cookies the PayPal account was limited. Had to send a text to reinstate.

So my question to you guys is this..why is it almost everytime I try to buy somethings with a new stealth account it always gives some kind of error? Is it cuz it's all happening to fast and possibly wait a day or so after adding card?

You asked the question and provided the answer.
Its a new paypal and youre trying to push a payment through again and again. They keep seeing a new device trying to log in to the account again and again (since youre deleting the cookies over and over) and it doesnt look good from their perspective.
Let the account age longer and start with very small amount transactions.
