If you have an aged account in great standing, Paypal (most likely) isn't going to shut you down for a few chargebacks. I guess that depends on the nature of the chargeback though. If you're getting a lot of $500 chargebacks which Paypal is forced to eat the loss on, then I can see why they would limit you. But as long your account remains profitable to Paypal, you're relatively safe in relation to chargebacks. |
