new paypal without bank account?
 

Can you still sell on ebay without verifying a bank account on paypal, and using a gift credit card? I have my reasons for not wanting to add a bank account, so I need to know if its possible, or if its been done, or if it raises flags? Thanks!

without a bank account (and guessing its a stealth = no social sec..), you considered unverified.. There will be a monthly limit on how much you can withdraw ($500 in the US), and possibly a sending limit as well

I think you can still sell BUT you will not be able to list VERO type items.

^^^^ agreed. BUT, it might be difficult to determine what item will be OK. EG, you might list x5 of a certain item, go to list the 6th item & you get restrictions. We had this thread that has some current info:

HWGA is also correct, it will allow to go all the way through setting up the listing and then boom at the end it display a message in red letters saying you cant list the item until you link a paypal. You can still go ahead and list the item but expect a suspension notice within a few hours along with a vero violation

I see, thanks for all the answers. yaw1800, my question was more along the lines of having paypal linked, but having only a credit card on there, no bank account. Would that be better?

Recently My Paypal has been limited, its requesting a social security number or other documents ( bank or credit card statements ) , the paypal is under a friends name and credit card info, I Dont want to give his social security number out, what do I do ?

you try to get around the SS limitation or

you make a new paypal and move on

I feel so lucky that all i need to get verifed in my country is a credit card :yar:
