Bulgarian stealth PP account
 

Hello to everyone,

I would like the information i have heard from someone got confirmed which absolutely sounds not logical to me and too good to be true.

He is claiming that even though his residence in Turkey and have Turkish PP account as well before PP banned in Turkey, he registered new Bulgarian PP account with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ f a k e Bulgarian address (somewhere he googled) but put the correct information for the account holder details such as declaring that he is Turkish citizen and also used his real name.

He has only one Bulgarian mobile number and get the account verified using sms coming to this number and he claiming that no address verification asked from him at all and he withdraws money over 2500 euro to his Turkish CC without any problem.

All that sounds to me too easy to believe.Is there anyone who using Bulgarian PP account and can confirm if he is telling the truth or share own experiences with using stealth Bulgarian PP ?

BG has the EU limit of 2500.

This story is rubbish.

There are rules that apply as Dufus said. It is not possible to break those rules.

Be careful of copying this idea.
