How to reset a paypal's password?

Hello
I have a paypal that i've made about 4 or 5 years ago. It's stealth i forgot the password for it. I tried to reset it via email and upon inserting new password it asked me to give them the code they sent to the phone ive used on the accoutn before. I have no access to that number anymore. any way around that?

Besides the phone number, you know ALL other details? Might have to call them up

Security questions is an option too. I tried it a couple times. looks like i forgot those too.
Do i have any option or just let it go?
