Withdraw $ from Paypal right after funds are released??
 
Okay, so I understand that you should wait 12-24 hours after receiving funds to withdraw them, but what about when it comes to funds being held? Is it okay to withdraw funds right after they've been released after being on hold for 7 days? Or should I wait 12-24 hours AFTER they've been released?

I just let it sit kind of randomly. I withdraw just various amounts, not the amount that may have just cleared each time. I always leave enough to cover shipping i may need, eBay fees, etc. But on another note, i dont leave a bunch just sitting there for an extended period of time either. Minimize the loss factor is my goal.:nerd:

Waiting 24 hours should work just fine.
That's how I myself do things.
Be sure to leave some money in the account though and dont empty it completely out.

I usually withdraw as soon as the hold is removed but you can wait if it want to be safer.

The money has already been sitting in Paypal for days (albeit without you being able to touch it, but still) and they have confirmation that the item was delivered either by tracking, or by the buyer confirming receipt (or if no tracking was uploaded, then the money has been sitting for even longer).

Just as long as you aren't withdrawing your entire Paypal balance then there shouldn't be an issue. Leaving some money makes Paypal a bit more comfortable.

I've withdrawn a portion of it right after its been released from hold. Seeing that its been sitting there already for some time. But I dont ever withdraw all of it in total.

I usually leave 3-4x the average sale amount in pp at all times - like "fuel" in the gas tank, courtesy of GB

i usually withdraw soon as i see it available. usually 3-4 hrs.
