Pay PayPal invoice with only credit card

If i use only credit card with out PayPal account I will be protected by PayPal any possibility open dispute or case if something wrong with order?

Your question is a bit unclear.
Are you paying for an auction? Are you using an actual paypal account?
If youre paying through a paypal account you always have protection and can always open a dispute - these days up to 180 days after the date of the transaction. In addition you have protection from your credit card company and can file a chargeback through them as well in certain situations.

No protection then from paypal. You are not using them so they do not need to protect you.

What is the amount of the invoice?

What is policy of your credit card when used for payment? Is there a fraud policy? Is it a named credit card?
