when do 21 day hold payments stop?
 

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to find out when eBay and PayPal account will no longer have any holds,

I have 7 feedbacks, and i sold my first item on April 21st

when should i see no more holds?

after $250 in sales, sold 25 items, 90 days after 1st sale....and no returns/problems.

Actually those are the 'minimum' requirements to have those holds removed.
There is no guarantee that once you meet those requirements the holds will actually be removed.
Also, they can always be placed back on an account for any reason they see fit.

Money should be available a few days after the tracking says the item was delivered

For new PP accounts it is 1000 euro in 10 transactions with no disputes and 60 days passed from the last (...or first... cant remember..) transaction. They used to advertise this for some time but now i do not see this in new accounts but works this way. Nothing to do with advertised 250 usd.
