Major mistake, help
 

Hey,

I am trying to get some money out of a spanish paypal, its been banned 7 months now like 210days.. I still cannot get the funds out, they asked me to upload docs, of which i have now uploaded 6 times in a row...

They just keep telling me the case is being reviewed..

Now i did make a stupid stupid stupid mistake which i only realize now.... i have sent the pp in twice, and on one of the copies of the pp the name is one letter misspelt and the other its spelt correctly...I have since uploaded DL with correct details several times..

I know this is a major issue, but i need my money and i really do not know how to go about it. They have not mentioned the mistake to me and i have been calling every couple of days..

do you have any idea on what to do? and how to prevent them stealing my money..? its a large amount for me..

Just be persistent. What do they say when you call?

its over a thousand..
They just say the speicalist team is reviewing documents..
I did ask the women why its taking so long etc.. she said it will be reviewed wihtin the next 5days (they been saying that everytime i call though) and she said perhaps upload another ID document in the meatime may help...? I fu**ed the pp up, so i sent DL now im stuck...

to update, at basically 290days they have now allowed me to withdraw! after ltierally a thousand calls and emails!

persistance is key!

Great news!

If its not an amount you can comfortably write off then persistence is needed to get funds released.
