I own a USA paypal account already 100% verified by vba and vcc offered by a seller on this forum.

Can I add my payoneer bank account( registered with my real name) to the USA paypal ( not registered with my real name but registered with another name entirely)?

Payoneer will not work with US PayPal, you need a real bank account. The other option is to send funds from US PayPal to UK PayPal but that CAN cause issues if not careful.

Don't send the money as family or friend from USA to UK make it look like you are buying something.

But can anyone of you guide me through the UK SYSTEM?
Does the UK system work with payoneer?
How can I send funds from paypal to payoneer and vice versa.
