What kinds of CC companies can you use to pay for something on paypal?

I'm thinking of signing up for some service but their only form of payment is thru paypal which doesn't require me to have a paypal account but I do need to put down a cc#. Anyone know what kinds of credit cards they accept? I know their standards for creating an account is pretty high but I'm not sure what the case is in this situation.

I would think Paypal accepts any MC or Visa Logo'd credit or debit card - including virtual.
