i have also login with Same IP and timezone and time as the US IP

I have delete cache and cookies with Chrome

Also i send money i ever get Quick Security Check

Account is not limited

I had this happen too. Do you have any open disputes? I have the phone and can get text for everything except this it fails and says number is not in my name. Had a open dispute Withdrew to bank and over 48 hours still pending.

Deleting cache and cookies before moving money from PayPal is not a smart move. This will look souspicious.

Did you get in touch with the seller? Did you buy it from here?
