eBay+PayPal different names
 

Hello there. I have eBay account on my name and with my address. Can I connect to my eBay account PayPal account of my brother with him name and same address and do selling on regular basis? Is it legal by PayPal and eBay rules or these accounts will be suspended? ( him PayPal acc is a brand new and never used before with any eBay acc).

No you cannot, you messaged me saying he had reached the receiving limit.

So because your first paypal is limited with reaching the receiving limits, when you add a new paypal it will also get limited.

Your ebay is pretty useless if the original paypal account is not in good standing.

Listen to what Bunneh stated. You are going to causing BIG problems for your brother's account if not now...sometime soon.

No no:)) Bunneh didn't understood me right. I have different options with different eBays and PayPal accounts.
That PayPal what I asked about with Bunneh didn't reached receiving limit yet and it works fine.
I also have my brother new PayPal account where I available to remove year receiving limit(2000£) with my self without any problems.
And I have separate eBay account which is works fine and never had a problem before with 700positive feedbacks on it just without PayPal connection and didn't used last two years.
And the question is: is it legal if I connect that old eBay account to my brother new PayPal and leave on eBay acc old name?

If you bother to pm people, try to give them the right info.

I highly doubt Bunneh misunderstood the info presented.

What you are doing is not truly workable.

Seems like you might be trying to sell more than ebay really is letting you sell?

You need to tell us really what you want to do.
