Paypal Code Coming Really Late
 

Man IM sorry for always posting so many help me threads

but anyways im trying to confirm my phone number

the code is coming like 45 mins to an hour later

and since the code expires every 15 mins, you know my dilemma

Why is this happening?

Im using textnow


I tried using a prepaid tracfone but the code doesnt get sent at all

Click resend code.

I don't remember if it was EB or PP I used to have to do this with. But I would have to send the code twice before I would receive anything. That was on a GV account.

When you click on the confirm your number link, click it twice

i did click it twice it still comes an hour later

When you say your clicking it twice, are you clicking resend code twice or something else?

I usually have to click resend code a few times before it turns up - but then again I am from across the pond, and haven't had much of an issue.

If the new site layout is the issue, try getting the confirm code using the classic site layout (http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-...iew-links.html)

Now it wont even let me change the number or try to confirm it it just stys on the loading lil blue circle

Probably because you've made too many requests. Just lay off it for a while. Come back to it later. :)

Rushing things on paypal is never good.

If you get the Quick Security check, typically you can click other links on paypal and browse around and let it time out. Then check again and if the Quick Security Check still shows do the same and check back in a few hours. Almost always it goes away without changing the number.

It has also been taking a day for some new payments to show up in PayPal. My guess is updates in their system.
