Receiving limit reset date

This seems kind of weird. My limit reset date is Mar 1, 1961.

You think this is some weird bug, or is paypal giving up on resetting the limits yearly?

You wish! It's a glitch. Anything with such abnormal dates you can always assume to be a glitch with PayPal. ;)

1961 is a common date for funds to be available.
