Question about Paypal cookies and tracking
 
So I use my main paypal from my laptop and home ip (ip1), and today I used the same laptop and connected to another ip (ip2). But I didn't log in to paypal on web browser or via email, and immediately logged off the ip(ip2). I'm safe in assuming there was no way paypal could've linked my account to ip2 right?

If you did not log in into PayPal account you are fine. There was no link.
