after how many days paypal release the funds with tracking info?

Hello guys!

I have received few payments on my new paypal account(obviously with 21 days hold) and added tracking info for each of them. Its passed more than 7 days but the balance status is still pending..Its never happened to me before on my other accounts, the funds been released after 7 days always even without tracking no. Could it be that I've not confirmed my bank account?or its something else?

does it not show the date on the ebay transaction?

if not, you can click on your pending balance in paypal and it will tell you the date it is released.

it shows the date but its 21 days after the sale
