Default Deleted Cookies - now what?

My computer got hit with a virus and I had to delete all my cookies. Problem is that now EBay is asking me to call to confirm my account (not a problem) and I'm wondering what will happen to Paypal? Once I log in will they limit me if they see I am logging in with no cookies / history? I am treating this like I bought a new laptop since all my systems are now wiped clean. Any advice? Thank you!

You need to create new browsing History, log into PayPal but don't try to withdraw right away. What are you doing or what have you done so you don't get another virus?

Log into paypal, brows around, click links, let it time out several times and that notice should go away. Might take a couple hours and it could take a couple days.

I installed some new spyware/anti-virus so now everything's working/cleaned up. I am traveling at the moment so nervous about logging into PAYPAL with a new IP as well. I'm thinking I'll log in when I get home in a couple days so at least if I log in with no cookies, it'll be on my old IP..
