What if i don't Conform SSN?

I created a PayPal i did Phone Verification / Bank Verification and CC too .. i just need to send and Receive $500 or $800 month. and i don't have a way to verify SSN .. so it is fine i use account without entering SSN i am not gonna withdraw funds just send and receive .. anyone can conform ?

You don't to give SSN until/unless paypal asks you...

If you not follow stealth technique then I guess very soon paypal will ask you about SSN or phone verification.

LOL We know how to manage it! i am doing it from last 3 or 4 years .. i just need to conform bcos i made a new account for my Friend!
