Stealth name on Real Business Paypal
 

Hi guys,
do you know what the consequences of using a stealth name on a real business paypal account are? it's connected to the business EIN but using stealth name. All funds are transferred to the business bank account so taxes are paid by the company.

If anyone looks up the business on public records, will they see the stealth Paypal name? I.E. does Paypal report to public records? I am assuming not, but want to know what are the consequences of having a stealth name on a business paypal. THank you!

The state you registered your LLC information is all that is searchable online

From my knowledge PayPal doesn't release business information publicly.

I was wondering this as well.

Have some stealths with real business name and papers (ein, llc).

However the actual person name is a stealth name.

Some post said that after 1million in revenue Paypal may call and make sure everything is in order.

Will the stealth person name interfere with the actual business certs if reviewed?

For what it's worth, I did not have any problems last year. I'm in the same situation as OP.

Stealth name and address on Paypal account which is EIN verified. My 1099 was issued with the stealth name and address (but my EIN), and my tax guy DID NOT CARE whatsoever. It was even an out of state address.

I just paid my taxes and carried on. No audit or anything... yet...

Yes. 3 EIN's attached to 3 LLC's.
