Upgrading to Business account?

I am trying to upgrade my Paypal account into a business account.
I put in my EIN and went through just fine

But it says the setup is not complete because I need to apply for Debit Business card.

I applied one and at the end
it prompts me to upload proof social security

Do I need these to setup fully with business account?

You did something wrong. I never once had to aply for the debit card adding a ein. You might have toasted the account. Try to clear and not put ss.

Did you do something wrong?

I'm going to upgrade my account in the next few days with EIN and need to know this badly.

My other question is when paypal sends the 1099 at end of the year, It will have my EIN, but a stealth name???

IS this okay for tax purposes?

Are you certain OP that it said you NEED to apply for that debit card?

U definitely do not need to apply for a debit card some how you clicked on the option but it's just that an option
