paypal is at the eu limit
 

my paypal is at the eu limit i gave them all the info they needed i can still take money i can't withdraw any money , do i just carry on and hope goes away or do i need to talk to some one in paypal ?

They take can take 3/4 days to review the docs and then unlimit your account

You just need to wait it out

You can continue to use the account to take payments, but don't sell too much in case things don't go to plan, just enough to show PayPal your acting normal...

No dont take payment
if your account on VPN then paypal may permenant limit the account

You just need to wait for them to review the docs.

i have submitted docs for my eu limit lifting 4 weeks ago and no action taken by paypal so far. i have emailed paypal but still no joy.

I called them once and they done it quick but I don't think it's a good thing to do

I phoned them, answered one question about the original phone number on the account, the docs were checked and passed straight away, no problem.

Just what it was jonnytidd, I had all the details the account had been made with logged so anything they had asked me about the details used in making the account I could have given them. The rep went off for a minute to check my docs and came back saying everything was fine and to log out then log back in which I did and account limitation was gone, no problems since.

Just call the Paypal. I do this on all my account which got limited and never got any problems after calling. Usually they reviewed the documents in the next few hours after a call. Once I've even got un-limited after 40 minutes after the call, so do not be afraid to call pp

i have called paypal and they asked me one very difficult question " can i have your full name please " i answered correctly as i had done my homework .
paypal lifted my limit within 2 minutes.
i think paypal need a bit of a nudge sometimes .

I would just advise members to take caution when calling in. If the demographics of the account don't match up with you, it won't bode well with PayPal, and the questions won't be as simple as confirming your full name or phone number.

Calling may work sometimes but it's not advisable (It depends on the account and how much it will cost you if you lose it...)
