21 Day Hold

For a while upon shipping, and delivery funds have been available three days after. Now, for some reason every order with tracking showing delivered all take 21 days. Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm having the same issue as we speak. This account is over a year old. I'm having to wait 21 days for the payment to be released despite the tracking number being uploaded and showing delivered.

It could be a temporary procedure. Could you please specify the number of transactions had this issue?
