Big problems with PayPal payment please help me!!!
 

Hello,

My business is trade only PayPal with out ebay.
I use Lithuania stealth PayPal account many of my clients in USA.
I got problems PayPal not allow send money to my PayPal ( many clients)
they got error we can't sent money rigth now..
My account it's aged 2-5 months.
no trading history but always work with any issues.
Payment 1500-2300 euro.
I think problems is :
1. bad vcc?
2. Maybe PayPal add my account to black list?
Any idea?
I work 3 years and newer got same problems but now situation is little crazy...
Please help me fix it?

always payment received with any issues now 9/10 clients got same problems.
Problems in my side or clients?

yes, you are right 9/10 the problem is maybe on your side. Do you ask your customer to send money ? do you request money ? do you send invoices ?
the amount of my transactions are smaller than yours, but I have many transactions. I always send invoices, with a item number, and I update tracking on the next day, and it works fine

Trying to take large payments (Payment 1500-2300 euro) on an account with no history will just not bode well with PayPal.

Even if its 2 to 5 months aged, it has no history. You need to nurture and build it up with a value of a few hundred euros before even thinking about going into the thousands.

Those are big payments for an account with no history. That error is common, even with tiny amounts. It's not a glitch, means PayPal are protecting themselves. If you leave the account for a day then try again you maybe be lucky. You can also try withdrawing to a card. Also you can call customer support and they can fix it

but newer has same problems then is reason why asking 2-3 years clients send money with any issues not ****...
BTW try with ebay get payment 2k euro work but when without ebay not work.. weird
