It used to be 24 hours I had to wait now I waited 72 hours and it still wont' let me pay invoices whats up with that?

This usually happens to new accounts, I saw some thread around here of a person who called PP & complained and then got this notice removed without any questions asked.

Otherwise when you wait for a few days it goes away, usually.

How old is the account and what amounts are you trying to send?
