Quick Question: Will Phone Number from a Different Country Raise Suspicion?
 

Say I have a UK IP, I create PP & eBay with all data to match the IP except the phone, which is Spanish and has +34 prefix.

Will this increase chances of suspension? Can they link several of my accounts that are created similar way (UK IP & Spanish phone)?

Well, sort of.

My cash out strategy consists of withdrawing to a VISA card, and this is only possible in some specific countries (i.e. Latvia, Cyprus, Italia, etc), not the "big ones" like UK.

Therefore, my Paypal needs to be from one of these countries. I can get a VPN for them but getting a phone from one of these countries that accepts SMS is hard.

Maybe you have some tips for me? :rolleyes:
