A comprehensive list of countries that allow you to withdraw PayPal funds to a Card
 

Hi everyone,

So i was looking for a list of countries that i can have a PayPal stealth account in, which would allow me to withdraw the funds from my PP to a Credit/Debit card.
I could only find PayPal page which i had to click on each and every country to see the withdrawal options... so i thought since im bored and have some spare time to burn, why not compile a list manually that others might find useful as-well :typing:

So here is the list of all countries that you can withdraw from PP to a card, with details of the types of cards accepted. Enjoy! :D

Yeah i saw one post with a list, but it's from 2012 and only has 25 countries (the current list is around 58)

Nice list for people who need the info!

A fair few of those countries you can withdraw to Mastercard as well though.

As mentioned above, it actually does and that's where i got it from... but you have to manually click on each and every country to see the withdrawal options.

update , Indonesia account can not use Debit cards, i tried so many times to attach my debit card and it comes with error

This may depend on the card you are trying to add.

What was the exact error you got?
Did the card has enough funds for PayPal verification?

I'd add my 2 cents by recommending to use EU countries whenever possible (Italy, Latvia and Malta have been working great for me so far).

With non-EU, there is a lot of attention to your account and regulations are much stricter (Chile, for example, another country in the list, requires you a Chilean phone number and immediate scan of ID, to register a PP account).

But we need the VCC from those countries and then verify them. And i doubt anyone sells those here.

So how come Mister Above in spain withdrawing from a latvian or matlan account?

Unless it says card issued in <Country of PayPal>, you can withdraw to Cards from other countries. So for Latvia, Malta and many other countries it says 'To your credit, debit, or prepaid card' which make it possible to withdraw to cards not issued in those specific countries.

That's what makes the CC withdrawal a better option than Bank Account for some users, because it doesn't need to be from the same country. Otherwise getting the credit card will be as hard as getting the bank account in a foreign country :rolleyes:

This. You don't need specifically Latvian/Italian/whatever VCCs, any Visa (and in some cases mastercard) will do.

Verification is done with the card as mentioned previously.

The only thing you need to keep in mind is for your IP to be from that country, and PayPal to interpret the IP to be from that country (I recently bought an Italian VPN but PP showed it as French IP, so withdraw to VCC option was not available).


Unrelated (or somewhat related) note: to be honest in EU I didn't have problems even with bank accounts from different countries, I have a Latvian account with Spanish bank added (just for testing purposes) and it seems to be working fine. The benefit of VCCs over bank accounts is that you can create unlimited quantity quickly and easily (not something you can do with bank accounts, at least not in Spain).

So only those countries can withdrawal to card ? What about France,Belgium, Netherlands and Germany ?
