Can't send payment right now.
 

hello, i have my paypal account for about two weeks now. i've been receiving money from random people from a thing i've been doing and now i have almost $400 dollars on my account. i couldn't use this money cause i didn't have a credit card so i bought a VCC from here and put it on my account and it worked, but now i tried to buy a game on steam and that error "we can't send your payment right now" appeared. so i tried to buy a steam gift card from the paypal gift cards thing and the same error appeared. can someone help me?

details:
- yes, i have read other threads about this error but nothing could help me
- this account is an US account
- i have a brazilian paypal account that i sent some money a few times
- i have some pending money on the US account that will be released in 21 days

do you think they have limited my account or something like that?

wait 24-72 hours..
try send small amount payment
try buy from another seller
but better you wait little time and all work no worries
