Best paypal for cc withdrawals?
 

So, I am able to obtain.. infinite bitcoin debit cards. They can be plastic cards or VCC.

Both of that options can be attached to a PayPal account.

I want to buy a 1000/25k US eBay Account (I might have bought it already when you read this), is it possible to put a different country PayPal into it to get money there?

I heard German PayPals are able to withdraw to CC without bank account in the account. I also have my Romanian PayPal and that one should work 100%.

Would that work, or it would screw the eBay account I bought?

Note: I've read eBay Stealth.

EDIT: I paid for the account, so now I do have a 1000/25k US eBay & PayPal Seller account.

I'd suggest that both eBay and PayPal accounts need to be from the same country to avoid a red flag, but will wait to be corrected by more established members.

Thanks for the response. I already have my personal Romanian PayPal account where I could transfer money from the stealth PayPal.

I've created and aged USA EB + PP Another Country accounts. It is possible.

You need an american IP for that. But sometimes Ebay will limit your account and you will need to phone to get it unlimited.

Yes should be ok, but at some point they might ask you why your pp is in a different country, should be easy enough to explain
