Hello. I just bought a Stealth Account and I plan on using it until the Tax ID verification, and I want to get through that somehow too.

So, my question is, how do you get EIN if you don't live in US? I heard you can call IPS in a state and register a LLC. That's ok, but what do you tell them? And let's say I get a LLC, then how do I pay the taxes for it? How do I cancel it?

I'm new into this and I saw that you'll bump into Tax ID Verification at some point. EIN or SSN, whatever I manage to get, I will need it and I'm not a US citizen, and I don't reside in US but I use US eBay & PayPal.

Another question (please answer): What happens if I unlink the PayPal from the eBay account after like.. 180 days and add my Romanian PayPal where I can get a lot of stuff verified?

Here's one link that talks about opening amazon accounts with an EIN in USA for non-USA residents, but it's more an info on getting EIN than amazon. Hope it pushes you in right direction.
