Paypal: that bank is disabeled
 
Hi,

paypal doesnt accept any of my american express savings accounts (just created).

I have a Captial One 360 will that work?

when you create a bank, you need to wait 24-72 hours before adding it to paypal.

some banks require time to setup properly, which is why it glitches when you add it before it is officially opened.

only if you call paypal you can, because it will remain disabled until you do, as they have to manually add it.

That happen to been trying to add a bank for 3 days kept getting that bank is disabeled, i tried again today an it added it.. strange

This has been happening more and more lately. Time seems to be the solution. Lots of cookies help for sure.

And to answer your other question - Capital 360 is blacklisted. Do not try to use it as the account will be instantly limited.

Can you open a legit virtual bank account online? I always just go into the bank ;)

You need to be more specific when you say, "Virtual Bank Account" because on the forum when we say "Virtual Bank Account" we reference the ones sold on the forum. Are you wanting to open a Real Bank Account but online? 90% of banks allow for this to happen, have you ever actually tried?

Same here, I just go online and open whatever accounts I need and have them instantly. TD and BOA are 2 good banks to open online.
