Hey, so my problem is:

I am underaged. I've made a PayPal account (of course it had to contain a wrong birthday date in order to be registered) with my real name and adress in the past and it got limited.

Soon, I am turning 18 and I'd like to open a PayPal account. Do you think it will get limited consindering that the birth date will differ? In theory it will be other person.

The birthdate wont link you but the name and address surely will.
Consider using a new address and a variation on your first name and that should do the trick.

What do you exactly mean by "a variation"? And are you entirely sure different birthday date isn't enough?

You can use a stealth address and you can tell paypal you are 28 if you want.

Why did your account got limited? Is there any chance to get it unlimited? That could be the easy solution depending on the kind of limitation.

a variation - instead of Peter use Pioter.
And yes the birthday is not going to be enough.

I want to have fully verified account without limits and not 2,5k restricted one.

It's not really liftable, I was pretty stupid and made a few PayPal accounts + received many payments via Friends&Family option.

Will changing my adress to one already used for a limited account work or do I need some brand new?

And your age and stealth address matters why exactly?

As soon as you list your address, PayPal will run it against their records. If not today, then tomorrow and that account will be restricted as well. Adding a variation to your name like someone above stated is an even worse idea if you plan on getting the account verified and you send in your license or state id and it doesn't contain a variation.

I'm making the account soon. So do you guys think that a new birtdate and a brand new adress will make it?

Question number one is the only issue your age? If your answer is yes when you turn 18 just call provide photo ID account will be closed you will then be allowed to create a brand-new account no if and or but it will not be limited and you are ready to rock 'n' roll

Guaranteed. :) rationale is this, user agreement equals legally binding document minors cannot be held accountable for things signed prior to being old enough to be considered adults/ or be held accountable for legally binding documents signed prior to age 18. I hope this helps

I already have stealth accounts but I wish to have one on my name. It would be the best solution and I think it's pretty possible thus I'm trying to gather some more information here.

It's been limited for multiaccounts & abusing the Friends&Family option so it's like if they ever find out it's me - they will suspend the account.

So what do you think, is a brand new adress and a different birthdate enough? I mean there are many people named the same that also have the same last name.
